The six hectares of the Estate are cultivated using low impact techniques according to the philosophy of an eco-compatible agriculture.
We grow red and white grapes, Merlot and Cabernet D.O.C., Tokay, olives, fruits, vegetables, aromatic herbs and wheat. Our wine labels are BARK, SOLE and OMBRA, home-made goodies: jams, fruit juices, whole grain bread, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and pickled Olives.
We are all vegetarians, and we don’t breed animals for food produce.

All our produces are for sale, either in the mansion or during the 'Arti e Mestieri per la Via' fair that takes place four times a year in Solferino, or can be ordered by the internet.
