Although Solferino is in Northern Italy, it benefits from the influence of the Garda Lake’s Mediterranean climate which gives mild and clear winters, sometimes illuminated by an alpine snow, a long, sunny spring, with light, fresh rains and a summer full of light and warmth which continues in a colored, lukewarm autumn.

In November we pick up the olives and immediately we give them to the olive-mill to squeeze them and produce an exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
